Our online courses are delivered digitally, so no physical shipping is required. Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive instant access to the course through an email containing your login or access details, along with access through your account dashboard if applicable. In most cases, access is provided immediately, but it may take up to 5–15 minutes due to server or payment verification delays. Since the product is digital, no shipping fees apply. If you enter an incorrect email address during checkout, you may not receive your access link—please contact our support team to update your email so we can resend the access details at no extra cost. If you do not receive access within the expected time, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team with your order information. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund Policy, as shipping does not apply to digital products.
